Q: How to add password to protect PDF file?
A: You need Foxonic Standard Edition or Professional Edition.
3 steps to add password to protect PDF file with Foxonic Standard Edition or Professional Edition:
(1) Set building mode to "All to One" and set destination PDF file name, location.
(2) Click "PDF Security", you can set "Owner Password", "User Password" and "Permissions" for the PDF files, such as "Disable copying", "Disable printing" etc.
(3) Select and right click source PDF files, click "Build selected files to PDF", then the password and permissions will be added to all the selected PDF files automatically.
Add password and permissions to PDF file successful.
