Q: How to insert URL linking on PDF pages?
A: You need Foxonic.
3 steps to insert URL linking on PDF pages:
(1) Set building mode to "All to One" and set destination PDF file name, location.
(2) Click "Page Header & Footer", you can set URL linking for page header or page footer.
