Q: How to merge PDF files?
A: You need Foxonic Standard Edition or Professional Edition or Ultra PDF Tools.
2 steps to merge PDF files with Foxonic Standard Edition or Professional Edition:
(1) Set building mode to "All to One" and set destination PDF file name, location.

(2) Select the source PDF files, right click the selected PDF files, click "Build selected files to PDF", then all the selected source PDF files will be merged into one PDF file.
