Technical support is provided free of charge for registered users. Users who have purchased our products could receive ongoing, preferred treatment from our customer support department. Please send your support request e-mail to support@caisdata.com, we will reply you within 1 working day.

When you contact us for technical support, please provide following information:

  • Your "Order Reference Number"
  • Your registration information (include "Registration Name", "Product ID", "Reg Code" and "Active Code")
  • Please provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, including all steps required
    to reproduce the problem (this will greatly expedite your support request)

Develop customized edition of our products for you (your organization) or other similar issues are not covered by support. We can provide help in these areas, if necessary, at an extra charge, please send e-mail to support@caisdata.com for more information.
